Ethics in a Tough Economy

Recently an associate of mine had to file bankruptcy. This is sad enough, but a requirement of filing nowadays mandates you complete a short financial course. One of the suggestions by this credit counseling agency advised as a strategy to save money, that consumers should complain about a particularly poor meal at a restaurant or for a service provided. This is a very poor excuse for fiscal responsibility and they should be ashamed for suggesting such an unethical tactic. I know times are tough but that’s ridiculous.
