Making money off of ‘thank you’ pages or subscription confirmation pages was at one time a lucrative money maker.

Nowadays, you have to be more creative and provide directly relevant content to your site or risk having your thank you page having one of the highest bounce rates on your site. Done correctly however, your thank you pages can lead the customer back into your site further monetizing each visit. Google AdSense, though great on many section of a site is strictly prohibited on form or thank you pages.

Think outside the box and offer a coupon or incentive now, not just in the e-mail follow up. Strike while the iron is hot and land the prospect. At a minimum, keep him or her on your site.
