Almost every money market fund is heavily invested into the PPC market. What happens to Yahoo will directly impact more than just it’s stock holders, it will affect average investors who have no direct control over the outcome of the proposal.

Rumored long ago, the buzz surrounding Yahoo being bought by Microsoft rears its head again. Would it help? Sure, it may save a company in name but I don’t see an immediate hope for Yahoo with Microsoft as it’s captains.
I miss the old Yahoo, even the cumbersome and aggravating PPC program with Yahoo is missed. [...]
